Teaching and LearningTopics are introduced and then reinforced throughout the year. This cyclical approach means children revisit topics so they can strengthen and extend their understanding. In order to secure learning for all children Maths lessons are differentiated; children work on tasks according to their level and are supported or challenged by their teachers. Activites are completed individually, in pairs and in small groups. Stimulating and colourful resources, educational games and the Interactive White Board all work towards making learning in Maths enjoyable and effective. |
